News From Suzanne Reid

It`s almost the end of November with Remembrance day behind us, the leaves have (almost) all fallen, and snow is around the corner! What have you been up to?I have been focusing on my health and learning. I am always learning something online, taking courses on investment strategies or reading articles, growing with the changing times, and this year have improved on my fitness levels once again, getting up at 5:00 a.m. with the birds to start my two-hour or longer workout, which this morning included a three kilometre walk around my neighbourhood in a blustery wind! My daughter is also back home and taking an accounting program. So good to have her here!

Continuing as VP Planning for the Kingston Real Estate Investors Club, now rebranded as REI Mastery, has proven to be quite enjoyable as well. I am getting to know some fascinating people who have a lot to offer! Last month we enjoyed some learning tidbits from René Masse, who offered a refresher on the BRRRR process in Kingston, Ontario. For those who are wondering what he would have to say about the cold, the BRRRR process actually stands for Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance, and Repeat when it comes to investing in real estate.

By the way, thank you so much for reading this month’s ezine! Now that you know what I’ve been up to, please get in touch. How are you these days? I’d really like to know how you and your family are doing.

Also, if you’d like to find out more about how you can get above average returns on your investments backed my a solid asset with our hands free real estate opportunities, please give me a call at 613-632-1968 or just reply to this email and I’ll be happy to set up a no-obligation consultation with you.

Until next month, please keep healthy, keep in touch with friends and family as best you can, spend time with those in your bubble, get outdoors in the morning before work to give yourself a good dose of serotonin to your brain. Remember that serotonin is our happiness hormone, is triggered by daylight, and is most effective to the quality of your day first thing in the morning. Exercise when you don’t feel like it. Be well.

Cheers,

3 Factors Driving Real Estate Investment in 2022

This is shaping up to be a unique year, but unique problems mean unique opportunities. Here are 3 ways real estate investment is changing and how that should impact your strategy.

Real estate investment has been one of the most attractive ways of putting money to work for a very long time. There is a reason why it always features prominently in the portfolios of billionaires and other sophisticated investors. It offers relative stability and attractive returns.

That said, 2022 is not like any other year in recent history. The global health crisis has upended traditional investment and business sectors, and the real estate sector is not an exception. So how exactly will the sector be affected, and how will you need to adjust your investment strategy to maximize your returns? Here are a few things you should consider: https://tinyurl.com/y6yoteyt
